The Process
Your Path to Perfect Wedding Flowers
1. Get in Touch:
Let's begin with a chat about your wedding day, once you have enquired here, I will be in contact to arrange a consultation. We'll discuss all the details, your vision, style, budget and talk through the seasonal flowers for that time of year.
2. Bespoke Proposal:
After our chat, I will weave the elements of your vision into a personalized proposal. This document will be your visual guide, showcasing color palettes, floral styles and a pricing breakdown based on our discussions.
3. Securing Your Date:
If you are happy to go ahead, to secure your wedding date, a £100.00 deposit is required within 7 days of receiving our proposal.
4. Ongoing Communication:
As the big day approaches, we'll stay in close contact. About 8 weeks before your wedding, we'll schedule a meeting to finalise plans and floral designs, ensuring every detail aligns perfectly.
5. Final Balance:
A month before your wedding, your final balance will be due.
6. Floral Magic Unleashed:
On your special day, Pretty Botanical will take care of everything. We'll handle delivery and installation at your venue, bringing your chosen floral look to life.
7. The Morning After:
The following day, we'll need to collect any vases or props from the venue. We're happy to liaise directly with the venue regarding this, leaving you to begin your married days together!
